Description & Features:

ZW (CZW) series of liquefied petroleum gas recycle compressor is vertical, single acting, air-cooled, oil-free lubrication, reciprocating piston unit. This series compressor cylinder & packing components are oil-free to ensure the purity of its working medium. Crankshaft, connecting rod, crosshead components are pressure lubrication (splash lubrication) to ensure the reliability of lubrication.
Excellent complement, satisfied performance, light weight, small occupying area, more compressing ratio, smooth running, long service life of spare parts, simple operation, reliability and easy maintenance. ZW series compressors have both fixed or movable types; both normal atmosphere (0.1~1.5MPa) and high pressure (1.6~2.4MPa) to meet different requirements of customers.

Safety and Reliability This unit adopts the optimistic design and corresponds to the standard of JB/T8052-96 “Non-oil lubrication LPG Cycling Compressor” and reaches the level of quality product. It is of energy saving equipment and installed with double anti-“liquid punch” device to secure its smooth running and eliminate the “cylinder cover burst out” accident.

Low Investment Since its complement, energy saving and excellent performance, especially no need to install the additional inlet separating tank and outlet buffer tank, and the related change-over valve and their pipeline and accessories, it saves the customers lots of cost.

High Recovery Rate The cost from the recovering the residual liquid and remained gas will enable the customer to regain the value of the unit in short time.

Applications:
It is suitable for working in large, middle and small LPG storages, conveying and distribution stations, bottle filling stations, gasification stations, gas mixing stations and tank vehicle loading and has the functions of vehicle loading, unloading, bottle filling, bottle emptying, conveying, residue removal and residual gas recycling and it can be also used in the processes of other petrol-industries.

Warranty: the product is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of delivery under normal condition.	Customers will enjoy free repair services for failures found within the warranty due to manufacturing quality;	We provide paid repair services for products damages not arising from manufacturing quality issues or not within the scope of warranty.
