Abstract

Single stage gasifier is a continus coal gas generating system.The air and steam produced by the water jacket isblown through the gasifier bottom to the furnace.The 0.294 Mpa steam and saturated air are gasifying agent.Lump coal after crushing,screen to size 25-50mm or 50 100mm,is added to the gasifier by coaling system.

The coal gas is generated and then goes into the gravity dust collector and cyclone dust collector and then transport to users.

Work principle

Solid coal can be gasified into inflammable gases through vapor media. This coal gas is then roughly dedusted and conveyed through a conveying pipe to burn at a nozzle. The heat produced is used to heat the thermal furnace. With the gas as the burning material, the temperature is even on the furnace. Our single stage coal gasifier is widely used as steel rolling furnace, annealing furnace, forging furnace, steel pipe furnace, glass furnace, aluminum furnace, melting furnace, cooper furnace, pottery furnace, etc.
