1. First to choose the materials,the quality of raw materials determines the quality of glass beads produced in the future. The glass raw materials should be clean and no impurity,with good strength and toughness.

2. After choosing the glass, the next is crushing the glasses.According to the particle size smash the glass into uniform glass sand to save manpower and resources.

3. Putting the crushed glass sand into 1200℃ sintering furnace to fire it,check the quality and hardness while firing.

4. Putting the semi-finished glass bead in to vibration sieve to sieving it.

5. Mixing the sieved glass bead according to a certain proportion.

6. Packing and export.

8.Anodising and the process before plating,in addition to clean the appearance this can also increase adhesion area.
