Structure:

• Ø  Inner Rubber Layer: Natural rubber and other compounded rubber or EPDM rubber as the principal raw material, and mixed with special reinforcing agent. With the features of smooth, high resistant to bending, stretching and ageing.
• Ø  Reinforced Layer: Used good quality pure cotton cloth (canvas) or chemical fabric (cord thread) as the enhancement layer, better flexibility and pressure capacity.
• Ø  Outer Rubber Layer: Employing natural rubber and compounded rubber, wear resistant, anti-oxidant, good appearance and long service life.

Application:

• Ø  Suitable for delivery hot water and steam.
• Ø  Suitable for steel mill, smelting plant, ship building and steam spaying.

Common Specification:

1)         Please supply the steam working pressure and temperature range (Including the working temperature and instantaneous temperature before order steam rubber hose.

2)         If the temperature is under 120℃, choose the ordinary heat resistant rubber. If the temperature is 120℃ to 150℃, adopted the EPDM rubber. And if the temperature is exceed 180℃, adopted fluoride rubber.

3)         Other specifications please reference the form on the last cover page, we can supply all the products show in the form.
