2. Application of Magnetic Iron Roll Separator Machine

Fixed type is mainly applied for low-intensity magnetic field to separate strong magnetic minerals with fine particle, or remove strong magnetic minerals from non-magnetic minerals. Rotary type is applied for dry separation of strong (middle strong) magnetic minerals with fine granularity, high speed rotation enables rolling numbers of magnetic particles to be greatly higher than that of common magnetic separator, which has favorable effect on destroying magnetic agglomeration, improving high-grade ore ration. Minerals are separated into magnetic and non-magnetic ones after being separated; they remove 6-0mm ore granularity of rough and concentration from its own ore discharge outlet.
