Electric Galvanized Iron Wire we produce usually goes through standard processes under careful control from steel rod coil, wire drawing, annealing, rust removing, acid washing, boiling, drying, zinc feeding to wire coiling. 

Production Process of Electro Galvanized Wire:
Steel rod coil -- Wire Drawing -- Wire Annealing--Rust Removing-- Acid Washing-- Boiling-- Drying-- Zinc Feeding-- Wire Coiling.

    Our characteristic product is galvanized redrawing wire, it’s the materials to make staples and brad nails, we supply redrawing wire from 0.60mm to 2.0mm, mainly used for making industrial staples and furniture staples. our diameter is complete, could adapt customer requirement of different countries and different market. Packing also could satisfy customers’ actual situation, common packing is 50kg/coil, and 500kg/spool, if customer have own specific packing demand, we will try our best to meet it.

    Galvanized wire:We export a wide range of galvanized iron wire from 8guage to 22guage for worldwide customers for more than ten years. These products have excellent toughness and flexibility, also have strong corrosion resistance. Commonly, we use wire rod of Q235 and Q195 to make galvanized iron wire. Its highest zinc amount can reach to 30g /m2, tensile strength is 450-550N/mm2.
