2.1 We use stainless steel for the mould instead of traditional steel. Steel mould machines need brushing de-molding agent or the panels can't be taken out. Stainless steel machines don't need de-molding agent, this can save both labor and material cost for manufacturers. It can save around 0.1 USD per square meter.

Panels made by this kind of machine have better quality than other kinds. The panel will not be deformed. Its surface is smoother than others.

The side mould is fixed onto the machine on one side, but it doesn’t influence the hydraulic mould opening and closing.

A. How long is the curing time?

 If you use normal portland cement, the curing time is around 5 hours. If you use Mgo, the curing time is only 2 hours.

B: How many labors are needed for the production line?

 Normally 3 workers are enough for this line. That also depends on the production speed. 3 labors are working in group.
