Product Description
1> Main configuration:
1.effective stroke :3000mm
2.CNC lathebed:The lathebed will have stressrelieve treatment after welding, high rigid ity,platform with special design of strength,the structure is compact,operate smoothly.
3.ball screw: the ball screw choose the Taiwan TBI precision screw that ensure the high precision and speed of processing .
4.guide: Taiwan TBI double precision linear guide ensure high precision of operating,and make it life
longer.
5.motor/driver:Mandarin AC servomotor,motor power is 2.2kw.
6.CNC system: Taiwan Taida,NC feeder dedicated system,it can realize antishock and antiinterference,
enabling sheet automatic resetting,it also can enable onebutton operation,part processing,the piece can be
counting displayed on the screen,with function of equipment running,operating is simple ,and is easy to
understand.
7.motor cable:It is equipped with shield cable,can prevent the interference effectively ,the moving part
cable adopted drag chain protection.
8.Coupling:Starshape zero back lash coupling ensure accuracy of transmission and correction .It also
guarantee the machine durable and high correction coefficient.
9.Clamp:Manual pneumatic dual use clamp
10.Work table:Using universal sphere work table makes work piece moving flexibility and prevent scratch.
It also makes the sheet running resisted.
11.Centralization lubrication: guide rail and lead screw are centralization lubrication.The lubricating oil
directly into all lubricating points which reduce labor intensity and the friction of moving pair,and improve
the service life.
