1. Feature of the drawing machine

    The straight line drawing machine applies advanced international technology,with digestion and absorption, the drawing machine id applicable for high intesity and performance demand. It mainly applied for the production of steel curtain wire,tyre steel wire ,steel wire for rope,spring steel wire ,stainless steel wire etc. The capston diameter of the straight line drawing machine series products is Φ350- Φ1200mm with maxium inlet diameter of Φ14mm and minimum outlet diameter of 0.7mm.

    The equipment of the straight line drawing machine contains the function of  human-machine dialogue,over tempertureprotaction for the moter,alarm for abnormal water pressure,fault display,ect. the capston appled the combination of the narrow water cooling and air cooling with good cooling effect. Generally it is an kind of efficient and advanced drawing wquipment with easy operation,high degree of automation and aboard process scope.

1. Drawing blocks: All drawing blocks are made of steel with hardened surface, capstan diameter isφ350mm-φ1200mm. The material is ZG45 steel, surface is build-up welded, the surface is brightness, smooth, wear-resistant surfacing height of 150mm, long service life; hub height of 150-200mm.

2. Protection cover: Full closed as the following picture, and equipped with the lighting system.

 3. Die box is welded structure, into two cavity. The guide roller is mounted into the side to ensure that steel wire can straight into the drawing die, die holder should be adjusted to wire tangent to enter the drawing rolls tuning roller installed at the entry end of the mold base tuning roll by a small cylinder put power, tuning the swing of the roller, so that the corresponding sensor output signal to fine-tune the speed of change. Tuning roller wire tension by adjusting the air pressure change, regulation range 0.15-0.6Mpa. The mold box is also equipped with a stirring device. Tuning roller side of the mold box, a gear reducer single-phase capacitance running motor through a sprocket, power passed to the stirring arm to stir the mold box, lubrication powder, without agglomeration affect lubrication.
