2015 New type Spool take up machine for wire drawing machine

The GS series is developed on the advanced technology for taking up kinds of steel wire after continuous drawing. It is applicable for LZ straight line, LT wet and pulley type wire drawing machines.

1.  Function:

Taking up in the center, transmission and fastening on both sides, able to take up three kinds of spools.

2. Features:

a. Body frame

  It is the foundation of spool take-up machine. It is welded by steel plate and required bent steel plate. The bottom is the truss structure welded by section steel. The top is welded by two spindle support frame, including left and right ones.

b. Pneumatic cone top

  It is set at the left side of take-up machine, two standard cylinder push and pull cone top to clamp the wire coil.

c. Lifting system

  Short stroke cylinder is set at the center of body frame bottom to uplift the plate of loading wire coil.

d. Pneumatic trolley

  Trolley is set on the lifting plate, wire coil faces the middle by cylinder’s pushing, pulling and adjustment.

e. Brake

  Set brake disc on the side of main motor, disc diameter φ450mm, embed two caliper brakes in the opposite of the disc. When emergency braking, main motor start dynamic braking to motors by AC frequency conversion speed regulator, Pneumatic clamp type brake presses disc and generate braking torque to ensure continuous steel wire in any case.

f. Shield

  Welded-steel plate construction, skid protection, transparent window set. Protective door and take-up machine can be locked together.
