1.Main components:

 1.Up and down roller is an important part of the machine with high quality forgings,quenched and tempered treatment and roller surface quenching.

 2.The frame: two frames on left and right sides.After welded steel plate ,removed the welding stress. Frames are equipped with roller bearings.Inside the frames is square buckle screw, the top part of screw joint with up roller‘s bearing.There are worm gear and the screw on the bottom. The worm wheel nut’s rotation makes rollers up and down.

 3.The main transmission device: main motor, gear reducer, coupling and brake.Drive two under work roller, it can forward and inversion to provide power for rolling sheet.Reducer adopts the cylindrical gear reducer, installed on the work base with padding.

 4.Balance device: equip on the side of reducer to balance up roller when unload material.

 5.Overturned agencies: equip in a straight side for a flip and recovery.

 6.The base: the base for whole, ease to install and operate,welding by section steel and steel plate, handling by dispel stress treatment. Frame, reducer, motor installed on the top make a whole.

 7. The electrical part: the three-phase 380 V / 50 Hz ac power, a main motor drive down roller rotation, a vice motor drive up roller’s fall rise and fall. The machine control electric appliances are all installed in the control box, which has short circuit overheating protection..Electric cabinet can according to need to be put, operation is convenient.

2.Drive:

 1. The main drive: the two under rollers are active roller, the up roller is driven roller. The main motor reducer and a pair of open gear drive roller’s rotation.The up roller is driven by friction force between steel plate and the work roll.

 2.Vice transmission: the deputy vice motor though reducer and worm gear pair to make roller up and down
