The host structure

1. This machine adopts three beam four column structure, the fuselage by fixed on the workbench, slider, beams, columns, lock and adjusting nut, etc.Girder adopts steel plate welding, the main structure using co2 gas shielded welding.After welding inspection and aging treatment, eliminate the internal stress of the welded beam.Ensure the fuselage rigidity and accuracy.

3. The slider movement on pillar and set lubricating bearing guide in interplanting oriented to achieve movement up and down.
