The machine is mainly used in sheet metal drawing, forming,bending and etc.For example,

stainless steel kitchenware, protected cover of electric motor,automobile panel and etc.   

It also can be used for pressure plastic,cold extrusion molding bending,calibration and 

intallation work.The models of blank holding cylinder can be used for cushioning device.

It also can be used for blanking and punching.It can adjust working pressure in ecch tank 

at setted prussure.In order to ensure the quality of strech and blank pressing,it adds 

pressure-maintaining system. Working pressure,prussure speed and stroke can be setted 

at specified operating range.

Main construction

(1)Hydraulic press  machine is composed of main engine,hydraulic transmission system, 

        lubrication system and electric control system.

(2)Hydraulic press machine have two operating modes,adjustment and 

         semi-automatic, which selected by transfer switch and controled by buttom.(3)Hydraulic press cushion cyliner has three technological action process,knockout, 

         not-knockout and drawing, which selected by transfer switch and controled by buttom.

(4)Hydraulic press machine frame adopts 3-beam 4-column construction.The main

         component is steel plate welded and the body preloading use nut preloading. 

(5)Stroke control use three cyliner control style.The middle cyliner is cyliner piston.

       Two cyliner are plunger type cyliner.Stroke uses four column guider.

(6)Hydraulic press cushion cyliner is triplex pressure construction.Hydraulic

        press cushion guider is flat guider.

(7)The main control of hydraulic press system is two-waycartridge valve integrated control.

(8)The main oil pump of hydraulic press system adopts 160YCY14-1B axial piston pump that 

         manufactured by Jiangsu Qidong oil pump.

(9)Electrical system adopts PLC programmable controller.Others main electric component 

         brand is Schneider.      

(10)There are three oil pumps.Oil cyliner seal ring is from Guangzhou machine tool R&D center.

(11)Hydraulic press cushion cyliner has three oil pump.Seal ring is from Guangzhou machine 

           tool R&D center.    

(12)The machine equiped with single movement work table forward ahead which 

          adopts gear reducer driving.The inverter changes the move speed.Taper pin positioning.

          Rigid block and lead limit switch.Hydraulic press cyliner lifting fixture.Traverse table and 

          main engine can intelock. 

(13)The machine equipped with a mobile station action button. 

(14)Power system be putted at the top of mainengine.Electric box be putted aground.

          The operation box be putted at right front.

(15)The machine is equipped with top dead center locking device and safety maintenance

           platform.Mobile action button stand above the hands operate button.Hydraulic system is 

          equipped with overload protection device and hydraulic safety support double insurance way.

(16)Hydraulic system is equipped with oil level indicator,oil cooling and filtration 

           system,the oil cooling selecting water cooling.
