Scope

Vapor pressure of liquefied petroleum gas analyzer used by GB/T6602-89 "Determination of vapor pressure liquefied petroleum gas (LPG Act)" under certain pressure meter and 37.8 ~ 70ºC temperature test to measure the vapor pressure of liquefied petroleum gas ( gauge pressure).

The instrument applies to a boiling point above 0ºC, hydrocarbon content of less than 5% in 37.8ºC, the vapor pressure of not more than 1550Kpa LPG

Features

The instrument consists of a vapor pressure test, constant temperature water bath, temperature control, time control instrument, an electric mixer, pressure gauge.

1. The basic composition of the vapor pressure tester for the upper chamber and the lower chamber, the upper chamber and the lower chamber volume ratio of 2 ± 0.03, respectively,  and 4 ± 0.05.

2. The water bath for interlayer insulation box filled with insulation materials installed in the main, auxiliary heater and an electric mixer in a water bath. Water bath is installed above the support plate placement vapor pressure tester, at one time were placed two vapor pressure tester.

3. Temperature control, time control instrument: digital display, measuring range of 0 to 99.9 °C, a temperature control accuracy: ± 0.1°C, time consciousness: 0~999S to alarm.

4. The mixing apparatus: (leaf), the stirring shaft by the stirring motor.

5. The pressure gauge: Range: 0 ~ 2.5Mpa. Level: 0.4

Technical Parameters

1. The vapor pressure of the test device by the upper chamber and the lower chamber consists of:

Upper chamber: diameter 51 ± 3mm, length 254 ± 3mm (inner wall)

Lower chamber: 33 1/3% of the upper chamber and the lower chamber of a volume ratio of 2 ± 0.03

The volume ratio of 20% of the upper chamber and the lower chamber 4 ± 0.05

2. Constant temperature water bath:

Main heating power: 1500W

Auxiliary heating power: 800W

Temperature control accuracy: ± 0.1°C

3. Mixing motor power: 40W

4. The mixing motor speed: 1400 rev / min

5. The vapor pressure tester leakage pressure greater than 3.5MPa

6. The pressure gauge: 0.4 standard gauge BS150mm. Specifications: 0 ~ 2.5MPa
