Advantage

1. The rolling process for raw material is through 5 times continuously rolling, which make the thickness more homogeneous.

2. Our annealing furnace line is 168m long , the second longest line in China, which make the zinc coating process more stable and  guarantee zinc coated shall not be easy to lose.

3. The passivation solution we use is 7000RMB/t, which is higher than any other factories.

4. After cutting the pipes, we will spray the zinc once again on tube head section , in order to guarantee zinc coated is enough at the same time to avoid rust.

5. The production ability is 2000t/day. Normal size will be supplied from stock directly.
