CH42/42DNC Model Active Pacing of Warp Tensile Roller for Warping Machine

This servo roller has three rollers body.The thicker roller in the middle of the rollers body is the active role in the rollers body. This thicker roller has a larger yarn contact area to enhance the servo pacing of warp effect while yarn tension changes. Meanwhile, this pacing of warp device is controlled by achieve high-precision vector with the primary winding reaches synchronous speed three-phase induction motor, low noise, smooth speed.

The roller has a pre-position rollers body which can be changed in the range of 90 degrees variation change, and both with a separate brake. Postposition rollers body is the tension sensing component. This roller can guide the pressure generated by the yarn on the roller directly to pressure sensor. There is a great advantage to guide the pressure directly to the pressure sensor by the rollers body compared to the conventional tension sensor. The rollers body is driven and rotated by the yarn without friction and increased the roller’s life time. As the rollers body is vertical angle of the yarn tension arising from the rollers body which can completely guide to the roller body and no need to pass through the indirect link member, etc. reduced the tension losses during transfer at the same time. What is more, there is a tension meter in the roller box body device. It can be used to display and meter calibration tension function, so that after some time because of temperature or other effects displacement sensing member need recalibration tension, in order to achieve a more accurate aim.
