I.Function and characteristics

II.Cetral-computerized unit

1.The whole machine is controled by Switzerland servo driven program in computer.

2.All the position adjustment are charged by PLC,the coder follows.

3.Each unit has equipped with touch-screen to make adjustment accuracy which is convenient to operate.

4.The remote Telemaintenance serivce is available.

Feeding Unit 

1.Taking leading eage feeding technology to ensure feeding precision,fast and it is suitable for all kinds of corrugated cardboard.

2.Using dual rubber roller driven by servo-motor to delivery without mechanical differnce.

3.With air-operator adjustment function ,the top feeding cylinder coated abrasion proof rubber to keep the cardboard from distortion.

4.Vacuum suction lead edge feed and adjust the paper size as per pressure of wind.

5.Installing suck removing dust machine to eliminate the odd on the printing plate and improve the printing quality.

6.Adjust the feed unit space by manual.

Printing Unit 

1.Both printing cylinder and impression cylinder are made of high quality steel with grounding surface and chrome plated.

2.Dynamic and staic balance correction ensure to run stability.

3.Adopt hanging structure,convenience and faster to set up.

4.Installing and uninstalling printing plate with pedal switch.

5.Working with feeding unit and automatical lift  system(during the feeding unit runs,the anvil roller goes down to contact with printing plate,while,on contact, leave printing plate)

Slotter Unit -----electric adjust knives

1.The slot knife thickness 7 millimeter,manfactured by high quality ally,tooth profile cutting sharp,the abration resistance high.

2.The slot knife phasing adjustment organization ,the frequency changer the brake,static 360 degree adjustments.

3.The slot knife lateral movement uses the electrically operated control,the adjustment is quick and accurated.

4.Regards the user to need to be possible to match the punch device..

5.Slot department are added the prepress rolling set ,improve the cardboard resistant to compression ability.

6.Compressing wheel disk are added on the press line and cut angle seat, to guarantee the papers junction are smooth, easy to glue box.
