Introduction of the  pneumatic conveyor: 

QL series pneumatic conveyor is mainly composed of a conveying system, power transmission and control system, dust noise reduction system and a machine frame is composed of four parts, its working principle is to use a certain speed air made of granular materials in the pipeline along a conveying system designated route movement.

Features of pneumatic conveyor :
1.QL series pneumatic conveyor Using double electromotors: feeding motor & vibrating motor , separately controlled .
2.Product funnel is design to be adjustably vibratile , which lead to avoid product blocking and improve the adaptation of different products.

3. Special anti-dust design to protect bearing from dust.
4. Product funnel can separate from the tube for easy assembly.
5. In order to convenience machine cleaning , following functions are added in : auger can reverse for emptying the tube, product discharge gate is mounted in the bottom of the funnel , auger can be disassemblied for washing.
