JDFKS-004 Antibacterial Textile Finishing Agent

[Product Characteristics]
1. New high polymer antibacterial agent, applicable for all kinds of fabrics such as non-woven, down feather, cotton, silk, chinlon and sponge, etc.
2. Broad-spectrum antibacterial effect, strong inhibition on the growth and breeding of various bacterium and fungi by up to over 99%, and not leading to drug resistance of bacterium.
3. Convenient finishing without extra finishing process, persistent antibacterial effect, laundering durability and good hand feel.
4. Safe, non-toxic and harmless to human body and environment, up to the standards of state ministry of health.

[How to Use] 

1. For padding and dyeing process, use JDFKS-004 finishing agent at concentration 10-30g/L, immerse and mangle with 100% mangle expression, then kiln dry by normal process.
2. For dip dyeing, the proportion of JDFKS-004 finishing agent VS textile is 2.0~5.0% by weight and bath ratio 2:15~50. Stir for 10 minutes under room temperature, soak for 30 minutes at 50 ℃and kiln try as usual.
3. Regarding spraying method, spray by water solution with 2~5% of JDFKS-004.
