As shown in above picture ,CANNA HPL (High Pressure Laminate) / Phenolic Compact Laminate is a high pressure,and extremely durable decorative building panel,manufactured with a solid core,built up several layers quality kraft paper impregnated with phenolic rsin,and the decorative paper impregnated with melamine resin,stacking and compressing them by steel board under high temperature and pressure.

Because of this,HPL / High Pressure Laminate (Exterior or interior Wall Panels) has the following characteristics:

Phenolic Resin Compact Laminate(hpl exterior or interior wall cladding) is a flat panel that offers excellent qualities,both functional and aesthetic,based on thermosetting resins,homogeneously resinforced with cellulose fibres and manufactured under high pressure and temperature.

The compact laminate is made of decorative paper impregnated with melamine resin,layers of kraft paper impregnated with phenolic resin.Protective surface impregnated with melamine resin for printed decors,then stacking and compressing them by steel board under high tempterature (150 ℃) and pressure (1430 psi ),which is the extremely durable and environmental friendly structure material.

4: How to carry out maintenance on the compact exterior/interior wall panels?

(1): With a clean, damp cloth or sponge dampened in a mild soap or detergent to clean the HPL surface;

(2): For stubborn stains, use a stiff brush with a mild soda and water mixture , gently wipe 10-20 times can remove most stains. While soda mixture is low abrasive, but if too much force or wipe over still may damage the surface of HPL, especially for the surface treatment of glossy finishing.
