Automatic Double Heads Plastic/Glass Bottle Sleeve Label Shrinking Machine

This SLM Series machine adopts international advanced technology, cover the circle lable on the bottles and cap. And then hot shrinking to fix on the position whcih bottle body and cap designed. 

It is controlled by micro-computer, automatic detection and position.

This machine's structure is compact, and suitable for the production line of different direction and different height. 

The machineryh parts adopts combination designing of modularization, and makes the machine reasonable. The height adjustment adopts motor fluctuating; it is convenient to replace the material.

The special cutter head designing make the film-rolling cut more exactly.

1. We provide the complete machines' layout, design according to customer's factory.

2. We provide the complete English manual book for customer, all the machines' touch screen operation is English words, we have Russia, Spanish, Portuguese, French..ect to choose.

3. After delivery, we will send our engineer to customers' factory to install the machines and also train workers how to operate and maintenance. Engineer's salary: 80USD/Per day.

4. Our warranty time is 18 months after the machines installation.

5. We provide the 12 months easy broken spare parts as free, and also provide the spare parts book to customer. 

6. Payment method: 30% T/T as deposit after signature the contract, 70% T/T or L/C after inspection before delivery. 

7 Common delivery time: 45-70days after confirm the bottle and cap design.
