Q: what is your MOQ (minimum order quantity)?

A: 300pcs per style per color for woven styles and one roll of fabric based for knitted styles, but we are flexible with quantities.

Q: Can I order in different sizes and different colors?

A: Yes, UK sizes, EUR size, US sizes, AU sizes ect, any sizes are available; Colors are picked from stock swatches or to be dyed to match. Almost every style has a lot of stock colors for selection.

Q: Can you get my designs done?

A: Yes, we are strong at custom made designs.

Q: Can I put my logo on the garments?

A: Yes, we can help customers to make logo labels and put them on garments but logo cost is covered by customer.

Q: How long will I have to wait for samples or productions?

A: Normally 5-7days for samples and 15-20days for productions, just depend on designs, quantities and fabrics, we will confirm with you again finally.

Q: How do you guarantee garment quality?

A: We are high quality clothing factory, garment quality is guaranteed by fabric inspection, in-processing inspection and double final inspections, factory is responsible for defects and make refund for them.

Q: How do I pay?

A: T/T bank wire,Western Union,Paypal are priorities. 100% payment for samples before sampling; 30% deposit for bulk production, and balance paid before shipment.
