1.Pan feeding system
Feeder pan is the core of the feeding system. The pan feeding system is solid and reliable through the application of high quality material and components. The pan is impactproof and extremely resistant to different types of cleaning infection and chemical products used on poultry farm. Feed is delivered from the hopper to fulfill the feed pan one by one through delivery pipe. When the entire feed line is full of feed, control box will stop the motor from working, and when the feed is eaten up, control box will start the motor again.

2.Nipple drinking system
High flow nipple drinkers operate at 80-90 ml/min (2.7 to 3 fl. oz/min). They provide a bead of water at the end of the nipple and have a cup to catch any excess water that may leak from the nipple. Generally 12 birds per nipple with high flow rate systems are recommended.
Low flow rate nipple drinkers operate at a flow rate of 50-60 ml/min (1.7 to 2 fl. oz/ min). They typically do not have cups, and pressure is adjusted to maintain water flow to meet the broiler’s requirements. Generally 10 birds per nipple with low flow rate systems are recommended.

3.Silo
The silo is used to store the feed,and the feed could be delivered into thr poultry farm house by the delivery pipe.

4.Exhaust fan
The main purpose of minimum ventilation is to provide good air quality. It is important that the birds always have adequate oxygen, optimum relative humidity and minimum amounts of carbon dioxide (CO2), carbon monoxide (CO), ammonia (NH3) and dust - see air quality guidelines.
Inadequate minimum ventilation and the resulting poor air quality in the poultry house can cause increased levels of NH3, CO2, moisture levels and an increase in production related syndromes such as ascites.
Always evaluate NH3 levels at bird height. The negative effects of NH3 include: foot pad burns, eye burns, breast blisters/skin irritations, decreased weights, poor uniformity, disease susceptibility and blindness.

5.Cooling pad
Evaporative cooling pad is used in systems where high efficiency cooling is required. It can be used for many different cooling purposes but is particularly suitable for cooling of poultry buildings and greenhouses.
Unique design makes a cooling pad with a high evaporation efficiency while still operating with a very low pressure drop. In addition scaling is kept to a minimum and no water carryover occurs due to the fact that the water is directed to the air inlet side of the pad. This is where most of the evaporation takes place.
The distribution pad constitutes a vital part of a complete system and should always be ordered in combination with evaporative cooling pads. Placed on top of the cooling pad it ensures a uniform supply of the water to the cooling pad and minimises the risk of dry spots.
