Feed pan is the key part in feeding system. The feed in the hopper is delivered by the motor, through delivery pipe to fill the feed pans one by one.

1) Feed Pan

Our feed pan is specially designed by our engineers,the model is unique in the world. The feed pan is made by best PP plastic material,100% healthy to chicken and solid to support 100 kg weight. You see the picture,a 95 kg man stand on our feed pan,it won’t be broken.

Also,our engineers mix special material with the PP plastic,to keep the feed pan be corrosion preventive and long using life.After our clients' test,the average using life of our feed pan is 8 years. You may say, wow,unbelievable long time! But,that's real! 

2) Hopper

Our hopper is made of 100% galvanized steel,the galvanized coat thickness is 275g/m2,it is the highest level in China.  After our clients' test,the average using life of our hopper is 12 years.
