Explosive gas atmosphere: Class A, ClassⅡB and ClassⅡC.    

Combustible dust atmosphere: Zone 20, Zone 21 and Zone 22.

Temperature classification: T1~T6.

Indoor and outdoor ingress protection: IP66.

It is applicable for lighting in dangerous locations such as chemical industry, petroleum refining industry, warehouse, oil exploitation, offshore platform, oil tanker, war industry, etc.

Die-cast of aluminium alloy, with high-pressure electrostatic plastic-sprayed surface, elegant appearance

Transparent cover is made of toughened glass with feature of impact resistance.

The lamp fixture is of integrated structure, with cooling-fins on the chamber surface, which effectively reduces the temperature rise while lamp working and guarantees service life of the lamp.    

The light source chamber, electric chamber and wiring chamber (three chambers) are separated from each other, it is convenient for installation and maintenance, with excellent electrical performance.

It adopts wireless connection between the lamp body and outgoing line sleeve (E27 installation theory), with function of self-power- cutting whiel lamp fixture screwed out. It is more convenient,     quick and safe for installation and maintenance.

It is of maintenance free and energy-efficient with high lumens LED and built-in non-electrolytic constant-current LED driver.

Emergency is available for power less than 40W so that the lamp is able to be self-switched on in case of power cutting.

Suitable for steel pipe wiring and cable wiring.

• Features

Ultralong lifespan: Adopting non-electrolytic constant-current driver, lifespan is 5 times as long as normal LED lamp, with 10-year maintenance free and 50,000-hour lifespan.

Energy-saving: saves energy 80% more than the incandescent lamp and power factor reaches 0.98, lumens≥140lm/W.

It has over-voltage, over current and output short circuit protection. Output is controlled by PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) for constant-     current output, with wide votage (95~260V) input and good stability.

Soft light, no strobe: the traditional fluorescent tube works with AC, which will produce 100~120 times of strobe. LED tube works with DC, eliminating the visual fatigue caused by the traditional stroboscopic light source.

Instantaneous starting: Starting and restarting without delay.

Environment friendly: it adopts new type LED, solid-state cold light source, without lead, mercury or other pollution element and would not produce ultraviolet light when illuminating. As a result, it will not attract mosquitoes and keep indoor environment more clean and healthful, as well as protect our eyes with refreshing cold light.
