Cooling pad is the core part of the cooling pad system to achieve comfortable climate condition for the whole barn.  It is so important to adjust the climate condition to satisfy the chickens’ needs which makes them grow up healthily.

1.Our cooling pad frame work is made of aluminum.

2.Our cooling pad paper is made of special original paper pulp.

3.Spec of cooling pads:thickness 15cm or 10cm,height 1.5m,1.8m and 2m.

Comfortable climate condition created through cooling pad is one of the key factors to gain the good profit and productivity of the poultry and live stock.Evaporation and cooling equipment can reduce the water volume consumption of the poultry and live stock and consequently lower their risk of dehydration.Meanwhile this will also improve the interior work environment of the poultry or live stock building.

Mingxiao Ventilation and Cooling System will be operated under the circumstances of Negative Pressure.Cooling pad needs to be installed on either Side Wall or Gable Wall and Fans need to be installed on the opposite of the inside of the poultry or live stock building.Horse Interior Air Flow Speed must be considered prior to designing the Cooling Pad-Fans Ventilation system,because excessive high or low speed will be not conducive to the growth of poultry and live stock

Air Flow Speed through Cooling Pad is recommended as following:

Thickness of 100mm:1.0-1.5m/s

Thickness of 150mm:1.0-1.5m/s

1.Ventilation Fans are the main ancillary equipment of Cooling Pad Ventilation which can ensure the cooling effect.

2.Cooling Pad Frame Structure is reliable and durable.We can supply our customers with frames made of different materials such as PVC,Galvanized Zinc Coated Steel,aluminum-alloy and Stainless steel.
