Q1:How about the device status when configuring successfully?

A1:After connect the network successfully,the red pilot of the socket will be continuous brightness.

Q2:How to deal with failure of configuration ?

A2:

 1. Please ensure your Android version to be at least 4.0 or above .

 2. Please check SSID name. If SSID includes the special character such as Chinese word , Please manually

     input your router name.

 3. Please re-enter your password for the router .

 4. Please click configuration to retry connecting the network , since the network may be cut off during the        process of configuration.

 5. Please check your router to ensure the normal network connection.

 6. Please kindly check your router to ensure it has not start the AP isolation function.

 7. Please kindly check your router to ensure the SSID name is not hidden.

 8. Please kindly check your router to ensure Mac binding function is not opened.

 9. Please kindly check your router to ensure IEEE802.11b/g/n standard is not opened.

10.Please kindly check your router to ensure that no special setting was opened. If some, please    clear the special settings.

Example:In public environment, please input user name or password before connecting the network.

11. Please kindly check your router to ensure that the safe verification way should be WEP,

WPA-PSK or WPA2-PSK.

12. When all above does not suit, please reset to restore the factory settings(Long press the 

reset key for 5 seconds),to re-configurate or configurate with AP.

Q3: What the difference between configuration and searching?

A3: Configuration means that when use the device for the fist time, this device does still not connect your 

      wireless router. At this time, you need to configurate the device and the wireless router to establish the       connection before adding the devices. 

Search means that the devices has established the connection with the wireless router. At this time, you need

 to add the devices through searching. If you have deleted the device by mistake or you have add the device  by configuration, but you families do not, you can add the devices by searching. The premise is that all of  these are under the same account.

Q4: How to connect remote control?

A4: Firstly, please ensure the normal connecting between socket and wireless router, and the router has been  connected with internet. Switch your mobile network to 2G, 3G, 4G or other available wireless network and  then log in the same account. You will accordingly realize remote control with APP to the socket directly.

Q5: Is the status of socket displayed in the client terminal true?

A5: Yes. APP support the two-way real-time feedback of the socket status.

Q6: What home appliances does this socket suit for?

A6: The socket can load maximum 10A current and maximum 2000W power. The home appliance which has  power less than 2000W and can be turned on/off directly could be controlled. Above statement about 2000W  is a reference to the pure resistance load. Partial inductive load such as air conditioning, when penning or  running, the instantaneous power will be more than 2000W, which will damage the socket easily. Please use  this socket in safe range.
