Ball Mill Working principle:

The ball mill is grid ball mill. The material flows into hollow shaft through feeder, and then gets rotationally and evenly into the first grid with stepped liner, undular liner and steel balls. When the barrel rotates, its centrifugal force rises into steel balls to a certain height and then fall, and the steel balls thump and grind the material. After grinded coarsely in the first grid, the material flows into the second grid through monolayer partition. There are plane liners and steel ball to further grind the material. Finally the material power is discharged from stripper plate.
