A: Most of our samples are free, except the new mold and customized logo. Customer only need to pay the cost of courier      by Express. And the freight is refundable when order confirmed.

Q: How to deliver sample?

A: Customer provides consignee account number of the Express. DHL, UPS, TNT, EMS,Fedex by air within 3 working days.

Q: What’s your Payment term?

A: T/T, Western Union, PAYPAL. Deposit 30%, balance 70% before shipment.

Q: How long to make a sample? 
A: 7~30days which depends on the samples' complexity.
