I. The machine constituent part
1. Mechanical parts consist of roller straightening mechanism, wire traction mechanism, cutting mechanism, screws, ring mechanism, removal mechanism, etc.
2. Electrical parts consist of counter, speed control knob, emergency Stop Switch, start knob, reset button, power switch, etc.
II. Wire tie machine working process
Put the prepared wire neatly placed into the material plate, one head of wire bypassing the two rollers feed the wire through straightening roller mechanism, then through the wire traction mechanism until the cutting mechanism; When comb guiding, the steel wire through the centre of ring mechanism, outward stretch the wire according output of products; be all set, start the power, push the power switch to start work. Adjust the work speed by speed control knob.ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book.
III. The method of adjust the specification and width
1. Width adjustment is mainly to adjust the left half of the ring mechanism and the removal mechanism.
2. Use a hex wrench to loosen the power transmission gear on the transmission shaft of left half of the ring mechanism.
3. Adjust by sliding left or right according the desired width, and then locking the top wire.
4. At last, adjust the cam on wire traction mechanism by several times until the size of wire is correct.
