1. Electric control system, which has good performance and stability. Adopting famous controller of Japan, e.g.: Servo drive, servo motor, positioning module, CPU and etc made by Mitsubishi.

2. Mitsubishi huge PLC can accommodate 1000 sets archive .if the space is not enough, we can buy transforming software and install it in the computer, put archive into the hardware, the number of editing sets will be expanded infinitely.

3. Industry computer with WINDOWS system and match with Servo system of Mitsubishi. Besides the advantage of the Servo drives, there would be convenient in managing archive due to WINDOWS system. In addition, archives can be stored in hardware or software, expanding number of editing sets infinitely.

4. Automatic detecting defaults and error, showing on the screen, let operator easily exclude the obstacle.

6. Each tube bending action, machine could be set compensation value, speed and mold gap according to different materials

14. Can be connected with the printer to show the data on the screen (optional).

15. Communication system and Modem could be installed on the machine board. The engineer can operate in long distance, monitor in time, update the software, and exclude the obstacle and so on, through connecting the telephone lines of plant.

16. The position of feeding truck, position of safety, position of input mould intervening, and output mould intervening could be adjust by manual slightly, position memory automatically, remove the mistake of measuring by manual and the loss of impact on machine.

17. It can be check automatically before the acting of feeding axis, to avoid to impact with the machine.

18. When tube bending, analytical action is optional, then we can observe the intervening point and modify the action, to increase the working efficiency.

19. Machine has automatic lubrication system to protect transmission parts and increase working life.

20. PC control software can be purchased optionally, can observe the working condition of machine in the office.
