At the Qingdao Pacific Container Company, we have the facilities to manufacture 80 to 100 containers a week. Our Production field with over 300000 square meter size, includes, workshop ,container yard ,raw material storage area,testing room.

Auto oven and spray shop - for high quality fabrications. Our large oven and spray shop mean that we're well equipped to complete large fabrications in a fast turnaround time.

Shot-blasting facilities to the industry-wide Swedish Standard SA 2.5 – for the effective removal of paint, rust and scale from steel surfaces prior to coating.

Computer-aided design (CAD) department – we can meet any requirements for custom-specification steel containers with our engineered solutions. Currently we hold over 1600 designs that all meet new and existing legislation.

Due to the harsh conditions they face, offshore containers must be designed to withstand forces other types of containers cannot. Third-party certification services play a key role in assuring the owners of offshore containers that their cargo will be safely ferried to a drilling rig or platform.

Manufacturers of offshore containers for use in the majority of countries around the world must adhere to the guidelines set by the International Maritime Organization. Offshore container approval guidelines were set forth in the IMO MSC/Circ. 860, a supplement to the International Maritime Dangerous Goods code. This is set as law in 162 countries around the world, and is meant to ensure the safe transport of cargo to offshore platforms and rigs.
