 What's the difference between induction and ceramic hob?

Answer: 1. heat theory different: induction heat is the cookware itself generate heat from eddy current caused for alternative magnetic field. ceramic heat is from electrical resistance, same as traditional electrical heat.

2. Cookware for induction must be magnetize metal like iron, ferreous stainless steel. for ceramic hob any cookware can be used like iron, stainless steel, ceramic pan.

3. Indcution hob work be more efficent than ceramic hob, because no transmission lose, ceramic plate rest less heat on surface. but ceraic let cookware heat more even.
