Full Automatic Filling and Capping Machine

It is suitable for Filling and Capping of the stand-pouch-products as Jelly, Fruit-juice and Jam etc.

2. Full Automatically: by PLC Control system. The whole programs are Automatically done from pouches-feeding, filling, Nitrogen, cap-feeding, capping, checking, counting till the end.
3. High Efficiency: Capacity: abt. 2000-3000pouches/hr (Twice pouches to filled each time)
4. The machine has two filling heads, it is difficult to damage for and the effect is conducive pouch heads glitch.
5. The machine has Vacuum & Nitrogen device, to keep foods fresh; shelf lift is one year. We has awarded patent of Vacuum and Nitrogen device.
6. On the cap is tightened up and auto-detection, separation of non-confirming products will be automatically sent, and the product count system.
7. The machine can be filled 80-90ºC, unnecessary sterilization.
8. The machine has awarded ISO9001 & CE Certification.
