Q1 What is rapid prototype ?--------------A: Rapid prototyping provides you visual effect of the 3D models from the design. According to the prototype, you can validate the precision, rationality, aesthetics and the accuracy of the structural design. Rapid prototyping will be helpful for inspection before take it into mass production .It also can save a lot of time for the rapid prototyping.

Q3 Could you do the mass production?----------------------------------A:Yes,we have three in one industry line,from design to production.  After you test the prototype ,then

you want put it into mass production,we can produce it for you easily ,no more middlemen,no more confilict when problems turns up.

Q4 Which 3d drawing files should go with the machines?--------------A: CNC machines only read *IGS,*STP,*STEP,*IGES,*X-T format, For *STL format,it goes with 3d printer and  SLA.

Q5 What do you need for a prompt quotation?---------------------------A: Please send the right files ,with material  and quantity and surface finishment or any specific requirements you need in the email.

Q6 What is your added value service?--------------------------------------A:Well,When you want to change the color during the process ,and we could change it if it wont influence the tolerance ,and when there is something problem with the design or drawing files,our engineers or CTO can cooperate with the problem and figure it out.

Q7 Does your material meet the food grade?------------------------------A: For now,our material of the prototype cant meet the food grade in view of the lower cost than food grade material,and there is not necessary .But if you want put it into mass production,then we can meet the food grade.

Q8 What process do you have?----------------------------------------------A: PIM(plastic injection molding),RIM(room temperature manufacturing), BIM(blow injeciton molding),PDC(pressure die casting),SMS(sheet metal stamping),VACUUM CASTING.

Q9 How can i get a fast quotation?-----------------------------------------A: Once we got all the three informations below ,we could send you a quote as soon as possible .

a) 3D drawing files (in igs ,stp or step or iges or x-t format )

b) CMF(Color ,Material ,Finishing)

c) Quantity (and any other requirements you need)

Q10 Do you sell the product on your advert page ?----------------------A: We are a rapid prototype manufacturer ,we dont have the product in stock .Even if we can quote for you without 3D drawing files ,but we could not make prototype without the drawings.  The picture on our page , is just a image for your reference to show what prototype we had made before ,some of the prototype are under NDA,which are confidential.
