Working Fundamental principles: 

This machine adopts a series of complex transmission, by Imitating human action to play box, open box, fold manuals, load materials, load manuals and close box, the working procedure is as below: 

Artificially put manuals on folding machine, it is inhaled into folding machine by the joint effort of Compressed air and vacuum gas. Finally the manual is push to the feeding conveyor belt after well folded automatically according to customer request, and it will be sent to Push material location to wait along with conveyor belt. When the front sensor detect there are manual in conveyor belt, the sensor will transmit the signals to host control center -  programmable logic controller (For short PLC). Meanwhile, vacuum solenoid create a vacuum in a proper time by PLC control, the paper box are sucked out of box-warehouse by suction box body and open automatically, then the paper box is sent to box conveyor belt and along with conveyor belt to go to Push material location to wait. 

When the manual, paper box and materials arrive to the site in the correct order, they are pushed into the paper box simultaneously by a pushing hands. When the materials and manual are pushed into paper box correctly, the paper box will move ahead on pathway,  print steel batch number on box through Batch number device, then enter into Sealed box location. With automatic device detection and waste removed on Conveyor belt out, it can ensure every small box 100% is qualified products, no waste products out.

7. Strong ability to keep on moving, stable operation and simply maintenance. It can shows error automatically, stop and alarm in abnormal running, indicating the error reason convenient for maintenance. 
8. Our machine can work together with labelling machine, blister packaging machine, pillow packing machine, 3DPackaging Machine,  strapping machine, ink-jet printing machine. As a whole production line to obtain excellent results.
