 1, Frame:  frames are made of galvanized board, thickness 1.0mm, galvanizing layer 180g/square meter.

    2, Blade:  6 pieces, material 430/201 stainless steel, mirror face.

    4, Bearing of impeller :permanently sealed bearing, size 633313.

    5, Ventri: galvanized board, thickness 1.0mm.

Fans mainly consists of blade,motor,frame,protect net,bracing cage,shutters.The motor drives blade cause

 air flow and louver window can open and closeautomatically to keep the dust from entering.

	fan blade is special designed for top grade efficiency which made of  Krupp stainless steel by punch forming. Large air volume, no deformation,  no broken, no dust, attractive and durable. Thickness 1.2mm, surface finish BA grade.
	Using high strength nylon swung drop hammer opening device to ensue  the shutters opening and closing flexibly.
	Belts are Japanese Mitsubishi brand, ensure the long service life, maintenance  free. From 2010 the first adopt Type B belt which is 3times longer service life i nstead of type A.
	Both China famous motor and Siemens motor are available. Motor voltage and f requency can be customized.  Chinese famous motor OEM by special design for  fan, the first put in the phase lack protection device which would power off when  shortage of electricity. Motor protection grade IP55, insulation class F grade.
	Fan bearing adopts imported double-row bearing with special waterproof design,  water can’t enter. High strength, lower noise, maintenance free and long service  life.
	Motor plate has multiple functions with the use of a unique design. Both 1HP and  1.5HP motor are available. The motor pulley and belt pulley in the same line in  order to reduce the belt wearing and increase belt service
