Product Introduction

 Series SRMD digital pressure / differential pressure transmitter is based on the advanced, mature, reliable capacitive sensor technology in the world and combines the advanced monolithic computer technology and the digital conversion technology of the sensor.

 The core component adopts a 16-bit micro controller. Its powerful features and high-speed computing power ensure the good quality of the transmitter. The entire design framework focuses on reliability, stability, high precision and intelligent to meet the increased requirements of the industrial field applications. The digital signal processing technology is applied in the software, which makes it have excellent anti-interference ability and zero stability as well as zero automatic stable tracking capabilities (ZSC) and temperature automatic compensation capacity (TSC).

Accuracy:

Linear output:  ± 0.1% (range ratio 1:1), including linear, variation, repetitive comprehensive errors.

Sqrt output: when the output pressure is 4 to 100%, it is ± (0.2% calibrated span     +0.05% upper limit).

Stability: For DP range code 3, 4, 5, it is ± 0.2%of a maximum range. For the rest of the range code, it is ± 0.25% of the maximum range.

Humidity: 0 to 90% relative humidity

Start time: minimum damping, 2 seconds at most

Volume uptake: less than 0.16cm3.

Damping: The electrical damping is 0 to 32 seconds.

Furthermore, the sensitive element has constant damping time of 0.2s (The measurement range code 3 is 0.4 seconds).

Static pressure influence: (DP transmitter)

Zero error: For 14Mpa, it is ± 0.25% of the maximum range. For the range code 3, it is ± 0.5% of the maximum range. It can be corrected by the zero adjustment.
Measurement range Error: every 6MPa can be corrected to ± 0.25% of the input indication. For the range code 3,it is ± 0.5%. This error can be adjusted to eliminate before installation.
Static pressure (HP transmitter)
Zero error: For the 32Mpa, it is ± 1.0% of the maximum range. Through the zero point adjustment, it can be corrected.
Temperature
Zero error in the maximum range
Every 56 ℃ is ± 0.5% of the range. The total impact includes the range and zero error:  every 56 ℃ is ± 1.0% of the range. For range code 3, the amount of impact is doubled.
Zero error in the minimum range: every 56 ℃ is ± 3% of the range.
The total impact includes range and zero error. Every 56 is ± 3.5% of the range. For range code 3, the amount of impact is doubled.
 vibration influence: frequency :0 ~ 200Hz, every g is ± 0.05% upper limit in every direction.
Power influence: less than 0.005% / Vof the calibration range.
Installation location influence: Zero drift is not larger than 0.25kPa. This error can be eliminated by correction with no effect on the range.
 electromagnetic interference / radio frequency interference influence: In accordance with the SAMA PMC33.1, test is conducted from 20 ~ 1000MHZ. The field strength can be as high as 30V / m.
