Description of the liquid mixing machine

*The mixing machine, a kind of wall scraping mixer, adopts frequency converter to adjust the mixing speed

which would make various kinds of products according to the customers’ requirements.

*The pot body is welded with three layers imported stainless steel. if needed, the main pot can be heated and

cooled down by filling the interlayer with heated steam or cooling water. 

*The whole machine and pipes is mirror polished which definitely meets the GMP standard.

*The mixing tank can be made into sealed type. You only can open it from the manhole and inspect its working

from the sight glass. This type is cleaner and in a higher sanitary degree. If you make some product in higher

degree, it can be considered.

*Base on your requirements on product quality and fineness, the circulation pipes and homogenizer can be

added.

*The diversified high speed homogenizer can powerfully mix solid and liquid products and dissolve the insoluble

 materials like AES, AESA, LSA, etc. It reduces the energy consumption and shorten the production time.

Usage & types of liquid mixing machine

*This series machine of mixing tank is available for manufacturing liquid products (such as detergent, shampoo, shower gel.etc). It integrates mixing, homogenizing (if homogenizer is equipped), heating,cooling, pump discharge  functions.

*It is the ideal equipment for liquid products in domestic and international factories.There are various kinds of mixing tanks (blending mixer) in our company—blending mixer with/without homogenizer, single tank ,combined mixer,  tank mixer, anti-corrosive mixer made from PVC/ PP.

There is no need to mix oil and water for tea milk mixing, so the bottom homogenizer can be removed.

We can introduce you supplier of raw material, bottles, labels etc. and even take you to our customer's

factory to learn how they produce. Our engineer can be sent to your factory to install machines and train your worker of Operation and maintenance. Or your worker can operate the machine by instruction and video

5. Q: What about installation? 

    A: We can install machines in your factory, but the accommodation cost, air ticket, technician fee will be

on your account, however, small machine can be assembled in our company and wholly delivered to you

and you can operate it on basic of operation instruction and video.

6. Q: What is your delivery day?

   A:  Our delivery day is about 15-30 days after receive the deposit.
