TCI tri cone roller cone bit

TCI(Tungsten Carbide Insert). These tricones are designed for soft to very hard formations depending on the style and quantity of the carbides on the drill bit. Because of its versatility and performance, it's still one of the main Rock Bits in use today. It is widely used for oil&gas, water well, geotechnical, environmental, geothermal, construction, exploration and mining drilling.

Chemically heat resistant, heat tolerant HNBR materials for bearing seal and pressure compensator. Steel tooth rock bits or named as milled tooth rock bits, can be called as MT rock bits which are manufactured with superior quality steel and advanced technologies, designed for use with compressed air or fluid circulation systems. Steel tooth bit surface apply welding new wear-resisting material in keeping Mining Bit high mechanical drilling rate at the same time, improve the bit cutting tooth life. It is widely used in soft to medium formation for water well drilling.

Steel tooth tricone drill bits have very high drilling rates in soft formations. Lockheed can hard face the milled teeth so that they sharpen themselves while drilling. Milled tooth tricone bits are designed for very soft to medium hardness formations.
