Characteristics of diamond rock drill bit:

-Cutting structure is force balanced, non-symmetrical blade and wide gage are designed so that the bit

-Hydraulic system of the bit is optimized using dynamic flow pattern simulation technology to enhance cleaning

PDC bits have exceptional rates of penetration when drilling & can out preform other bits in the right conditions. The diamond cutters are 10 times stronger than steel and PDC bits are most effective when drilling through shale, salt, clay, stone, sand, and concrete.
