Operating Instructions:
This 3 in 1 frame separator machine with built-in vacauum,which has the function of middle frame separation and screen separation,Left mould is suitable for 4.5-5".Right mould is suitable for 5-6.5".
*The operation steps of middle frame separation
1.Turn on the power switch.Turn on the switch of heated plate.Set the temperature to 80 ℃.

After 1-2 minutes,the temperature of heated plate reach 80℃.
2.Put downwards the screen on the heated plate about 20-30 seconds,(When the screen reach a temperature that your hand fell hot).

3.Press the assembly in the vacuum mould ,after the screen being sucked,separate the middle frame slow by hand ,The operation steps of middle frame separation is finished.
*The operstion steps of screen separation
1.Set the temperature to 80℃,After 1-2 minutes ,The tempersture of heated plate reach 80 ℃.

2.Put the silica gel on the heated plate holes,Put downwards the screen onto the sillica gel
3.Press the S1 key ,After the screen being sucked ,Separate the LCD from glass by steel wire ,Take off the LCD ,Take off the LCD,The operation steps of screen separation is finished.
