5. Nature-shower shaping structure can help release the internal stress of the soft tube, so that the end of large-diameter soft tube won't cave in , a perfect round tube is much easier to insert into the steel roller in the next process, so to reduce wastage.

6. A precise cut-off system is made up of Japanese Yaskawa inertia servo motor and accurate screw driving.

7. Double-layer extruder employs overall machine frames,so to avoid the difficulty of installing two screws into the mould,and it's convenient for future movement,as well as saving workship space.

8.The 3 section of shaping/drawing/cutting are all in one overall stainless steel machine frame,it's compact and rust-proof when contacting the water.
