Introduction

QZL mass flow meter is a high accuracy measuring flow meter. It can measure very low flowing speed of medium and high speed flowing up to 200L per minute. Principle and structure

QZL mass flow meter is working by thermal theory, sensor output voltage proportional to the mass of air or other gas which flow through the internal sensing element. Signal output will be passed onto the second part of the meter which will display the reading and output DC signal for long distance computer control.

Installation

QZL requires to be installed paralleled; filter is required at the input connection to prevent blocking of the equipment.

1. Lead of the second part of the equipment is better not to be fitted paralleled with main power supply cable. Shield cable is required for signal output, and better to be fitted individually. Earthing the cable will minimize electromagnetic interference. Power supply is better to be individually than using the electric power.
2. The equipment has been adjusted and password protected at factory. The connection shown as picture:
