 c. For any problems or repairments of the machine, you can call our online customer service or you can find the third party to mend it for you while the company supply the relevant small parts within the warranty times.

Shipping in freight or in flight depends on customers' willingness and product's quantity.

1. For cooperation service. Any friends who wants to be our  partners(dealer), we will pay a  visit with our engineer in person, we already visited our customes which from Hongkong, Taiwan, Malaysia, Thailand, Turkey, Germany, Italy, Singapore, Korea, and India.  And we warmly welcome you to visit our factory.   

2. For product service.

ICE FLAKE MACHINE: We provide 18 months' warranty. And for model with big capacity, the installation, if necessary, we can arrange engineer to make installation.

ICE CUBE MACHINE: We provide 12 months' warranty for LB series, and 18 months for DB series. During the warranty times, any parts were damaged which caused by machine`s quality, we provice new parts free of charge, and we will provide 1% spare parts free of charge for big quantity. 

ICE CREAM MACHINE: We provide 12 months' warranty. And provide one set wearing parts for free.

POPSICLE MACHINE: We provide 12 months' warranty. Different popsicle molds are available for choose.
