Answer: Normally we do main order is 30% T/T in advance, balance again shipment or L/C at sight.

100% L/C and other payment also possible, depend on negotiable and order conditon.

Answer: During garantee period, spare parts is supply free. Because do internation business,for saving shipping cost and time. Normally we will supply some percentage spare parts according to goods value.(Container order)
