THE CHARACTERISTICS OF THE EQUIPMENT

(1)The frame is welded by Q345A manganese steel accordance with China national standard, which is normally applied

on bridge project; strictly following the process of heating treatment. Q345A is a perfect material for mechanical purpose

as its excellent performance of stressing, welding and shaping. The rusts and oxide surface is removed by professional

treating before painting , then painted with zinc-yellow polyester paint for bottom paint, then cover with excellent automotive paint.

(2)Structure optimization: Utilizing professional software to analyze the structure of machine so that can ensure the stability ,

dynamic balance and mechanical strength to achieve perfect performance and make sure no deformation for table.

(3)Cutting head : adopt SMC proportional electromagnetic valve, adjust the pressure according to the glass thickness automatically;

360 degree rotation; loading the cuter with buffering.

(4)Table : Made of import material, surround the edge with stainless steel or other material for moisture-proof , so that no deformation.

(5)Felt : Excellent industry felt made by foreign joint venture company, has good flatness, anti-static and avoid the attachment of glass scrap.

(6)Positioning System: Works both with pneumatic and photoelectric , automatic scan system, therefore, improving the working efficient.

(7) Cutting oil supply system: Equipped with with double oil supply channel(normal oil and advanced cutting liquid).
