UV Offset Printing Ink, Matt Ink is cured by Violet laser and used in offset printing.  It can be applied to coated paper, plastic paper, offset paper, cardboard, aluminum plating film, aluminum foil, gold and silver cardboard, PVC sheet and other packing material printing. Wide application range and alternative gloss range printing quality.

Application Notice

1, Ink additional solution and using limit: varnish 0%~5%,low ink tack, increase ink fluidity; diluent 0%~20%,reduce ink tack but keep the ink adhesive elastic;

2, Rubber roller/Rubber blanket: it is recommended to use UV special rubber roller and blanket, but can use ordinary rubber roller and blanket according to the actual situation.

3, Storage condition: keep in a cool and dry room, avoid the room temperature above 30°C or direct sunlight.

4, After processing: if you need to cover, blocking etc, please confirm eligibility in advance.

5, Adhesion property: Adherence may be not good on some substrates. Please confirm again before use.

6, Safety: Please don't put ink adhere to the clothes or skin for a long time, otherwise it will produce allergic phenomenon. Please pay attention to protect, and clean after use timely.

Warranty

One year.  After one year, if the technical parameters are valid by test.
