I. Product description

The machine is vertical straightening machine and straightening rollers are horizontal and cross arranged. The outline of straightening rollers is elliptical translation curve which is more advanced than traditional hyperbola. It is used to straighten steel pipe and bar, it also can improve roughness and ovality of pipe and bar. There aren’t defections such as helical impress and nick on the finished pipe surface.

The straightening material can be carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel etc. It is widely used in cold drawing company, bearing company, air-conditioning pipe producing company etc.
