As an important equipment of preheater system , Five Stage Cyclone Preheater with calciner is one of the main equipments of clinker production.It is called new dry process production equipments.

Five Stage Cyclone Preheater and precalciner is the kernel of the new type dry-process kiln system.

Preheater and calciner are adopted for preheating of the raw meal and decomposition of the calcium carbonate.The decomposition rate of the raw meal off the system into kiln can be as high as 90% above.By this way,the function of kiln is limited to clinker can burning at high temperature,so the size of the kiln be smaller.Preheater and calciner are two key equipments of the clinker production.It makes strong influence on the stabilization of clinker burning process and the quality and quantity of the product.Preheater kiln and cooler are three main equipments of cement plants.
